At MeetKai we make every effort to not store data that is actively needed.
This starts at the very beginning of all interactions with MeetKai. When you make a request, be it voice, text, or hitting a button we separate the request from who you actually are. Your account information is hashed and obfuscated from us: from our perspective we do not know who a user is, just that the same user made those requests. It is in this way that we can say that for a particular user we do not store anything, but rather just the PII stripped form.
